The membership survey
This year we asked you to share your views on your membership subscription.
We commissioned specialist research company Shift Membership to conduct this research to help better understand your views on SoR membership. Your responses are important to us as they will help to improve our services.
The survey was open from Monday 13 February to Monday 27 February 2023, and all members received an email invitation to complete it. We also shared the survey via our news feed and social media channels to allow non-members to also take part.
Once the results are ready, we will share these with our recommendations on how to address any areas of concern.
