Don't miss your chance to Work the World!

Argentina is one of the fascinating and vibrant countries ready to welcome you

Do you fancy working abroad in a far flung location next year? If so, don't miss your chance to enter the SCoR's Work the World competition.

Two lucky students will win the prize of a lifetime – the opportunity to travel to one of six remarkable locations in five countries to experience how radiography is practiced elsewhere.

The elective placement is organised in partnership with Work the World and lasts up to four weeks. It must be taken between 1 January 2012 and 31 December 2013.

Previous students have been to Tanzania, Sri Lanka and Nepal but also available are Ghana and Argentina. These are tailored placements and the SCoR and Work the World will work with you to select the location that best suits your needs.

Sean Kelly, the SCoR's Membership and Public Relations Manager, says: "This really is a unique and fantastic opportunity for student members of the SCoR to travel to some of the world's most fascinating communities, where they will see first-hand radiography and healthcare provision in practice."

Previous winners have all made the most of exploring their chosen locations and have come back to the UK with lifelong friends and memories.
