Rep of the Year 2024 will be celebrated at the Annual Delegates Conference (ADC) 2025. The award honours an individual who has made an outstanding contribution to our profession as an accredited SoR Health and Safety, Industrial Relations, or Union Learning representative.
Winning recipients will be invited to ADC, which will take place in April 2025 in London, to collect their award.
How to submit a nomination
- Complete our online nomination form by 5pm on Friday 14 February 2025
Guidelines
- Any current, SoR-accredited representative based in the UK is eligible for nomination.
- The person making the nomination and the individual being nominated, should both be SoR members, in current membership
- Nominations must be made by a colleague or peer - self-nominations will not be accepted.
Prizes
Regional Rep of the Year; one winner per region / country receives £100
UK Rep of the Year; one overall winner selected from the regional / country winners receives an additional £250
