We are currently recruiting for the role of Deputy Chair for the LGBTQI+ Group (applicants must identify as LGBTQI+). These roles require around two days annually, including quarterly meetings of the Joint Equalities Committee. No prior leadership experience is necessary; we’ll provide coaching and support to help you succeed.

In Spring 2022, an external Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion Audit identified areas for growth, leading to recommendations for fostering inclusivity, combating discrimination, and promoting belonging. As part of our two-year DEIB action plan, we’re expanding the Equalise Networks to ensure diverse voices are heard across all SoR | CoR activities.
The Chair/Deputy Chair roles require a commitment of approximately 2 days per year to:
