Download PDFThe majority of radiography students experience rewarding academic and clinical placements with supportive teaching teams and clinical educators. Sadly, however, a few students experience bullying and harassment. The Society and College of Radiographers believes that bullying and harassment are completely unacceptable in any form.
Radiography students should be treated fairly and consistently, and with dignity and respect, wherever they study or undertake practice placements. Educational institutions and workplaces should be free from undue stress, anxiety or fear of intimidation. Bullying and harassment in the health sector is not tolerated by the SoR.
