Recruiting & Retaining the Radiography Workforce

In May 2003 SoR, with the support of the Department of Health for England, embarked on a series of activities aimed at addressing recruitment and retention in the profession. A series of guidance advice and activities were developed, and this document is the last in the series and aims to provide guidance and support to recruit and retain the workforce for Diagnostic Imaging and Radiotherapy and Oncology Departments.
