‘Have you paused and checked?’ posters have been published to serve as a handy checklist.

The posters are designed in a PDF format to allow for easy downloading and printing. They can then be displayed in the department as required.

This “pause and check” poster does not replace these procedures but represents a shortened summary of the main checks. You must adhere to your local procedures at all times.
