Truly passionate about the profession, with an enthusiastic approach to promoting careers in diagnostic radiography, Nathan is described by clinical and academic colleagues as diligent, committed and compassionate.
He trained at City, University of London and now works at the Royal Free.
Nathan started his working life as a healthcare assistant and what he saw inspired him to train to be a diagnostic radiographer.
The nomination which won Nathan the 2019 title said, "From the first it was clear that Nathan’s motivation was his commitment and passion for patient care.
"Not only has he achieved success academically, he has also received regular endorsement from his clinical department. A committed and active member of his peer group, Nathan has been a courteous and professional student who always took the time to listen to feedback.
"He has devoted his own time to helping the academic programme teams improve the focus of information that is provided to applicants, and liaised with his peers to help collate information that promotes the profession.
"Nathan’s dedication to the profession exemplifies the selfless attitude that will make him an invaluable professional radiographer."
