SoR members can access the financial wellbeing portal via the Mind Your Money online hub now, giving them access to financial education specialists and resources.

The Society's Mind Your Money initiative will enhance your financial knowledge, helping you to feel more confident and informed when making monetary decisions.

In support of this initiative, members can access the portal, designed by expert money advisors Secondsight, and find easily digestible information, resources and guidance on a wide range of topics.

In-depth guidance and insight

The portal features bitesize articles which break down the basics of what a credit score is, ways you can invest, and tools to help you plan for the future.

Also on offer is in-depth guidance, like insight into the financial market, information on different types of mortgages, or advice for consolidating your pensions.

A spokesperson for the Society said: “If you want to improve your understanding of the jargon or make more informed financial decisions, this portal can offer you tools to do just that. No matter if you are looking to create healthy saving habits, manage debt, or buy your first property, you will find easily digestible information and guidance on a range of topics.”
