Members of the SoR are invited to attend the Annual Delegates Conference 2025, for a chance to help shape the strategic direction of the SoR and the radiography profession.
Taking place from Monday 28 April to Wednesday 30 April 2025 in London, the conference will bring together 200 members including regional representatives, regional and national officers and UK Council.
It deals with current issues within the radiography profession, or matters of personal importance to members.
Each region and nation can propose motions and send a delegation to the conference. Motions can be about any topic, and the ones selected for ADC by the Delegate Conference Committee (DCC), will then be debated and voted on by those at the conference.
If a motion is carried, it will then be taken to UK Council to be actioned.
ADC provides members with opportunities to:
Delegates receive full complimentary conference attendance, comprising of: bed and breakfast accommodation; train travel (or flights if appropriate and pre-authorised) to and from the conference; and all refreshments, lunches and dinners as provided by the conference venue.
ADC delegates must be current members of the Society of Radiographers and attend the two-day conference in full, including the conference dinners, regardless of whether overnight accommodation was requested. Partial attendance is not permitted.
If you would like to attend ADC 2025, please complete our expressions of interest form here by 25 November. Registering interest does not guarantee a delegate place; delegate leads will assign conference places, and registrants will be notified of the outcome of their decision in early 2025.
