A spokesperson for the RCR said: “By submitting an abstract you will demonstrate your approach to improving patient care, pathways and services and share your achievements among your peers and influence practice across the UK and globally.”

Submissions will also communicate an organisation's work and build peer networks, as well as author profile, with works due to be published in the RCR Open Journal online, on SciGens website and the online platform CrowdComms.

Abstracts will be displayed in a dedicated area in the exhibition hall, where posters will be placed on traditional poster boards, providing a space where you can share and discuss your project with your peers.

Any submitting author will earn an additional 3 CPD credits as a lead author and 1 CPD credit as a co-author.

Abstracts will automatically be entered into an RCR competition, with the opportunity to win a cash prize. Four winner prizes and four highly-commended prizes will be selected by a judging panel.
