The North West AHP Network is offering 40 funded places on a dedicated leadership programme for AHPs who want to develop their leadership skills.
Starting this spring, this programme is open to all North West based AHPs and will help participants to:
- develop their leadership ‘style’ and role within their organisation and beyond
- gain a better understanding of how best to influence and lead
- create a sustaining, supportive ‘learning network’ to enable further communication and engagement beyond the lifespan of the programme.
Delivered over 3 days, spread over 8-11 weeks, the programme will be provided in a choice of 2 cohorts/locations:
- Cohort 1: Salford Quays - 22 March, 25 April and 9 June 2017.
- Cohort 2: Wigan Investment Centre - 3 May, 23 May and 27 June 2017.
Applications close Tuesday 21 February for the Salford cohort and Friday 3 March for Wigan.
Bookings will be made on a first come first served-basis.
