HCPC renewal for radiographers will take place between 1 December 2021 and 28 February 2022, with the deadline to renew being 28 February 2022.
If you are a HCPC registered member, please make sure you understand the following:
The HCPC posted a blog post that outlines what Radiographers will need to do to renew their registration. This provides helpful information on several key points, including the importance of having the email address held on record that is personally controlled.
The HCPC launched a new online system, which means most Radiographers will need to activate their account access first before they can attempt to log-in. This can be done anytime by following steps outlined here.
There is also important information for those who have chosen to pay their fee in instalments by direct debit. The HCPC will collect the fee after an individual has completed their renewal declarations online using the HCPC online account.
When the renewal window is open the first direct debit (DD) collection date is on or around the 1st day of the second month of the renewal window (i.e. January 2022).
Once a direct debit payment has been processed the registration details will update on HCPC’s online Register. More information about paying by DD can be found here.
Remember that 2.5% of radiographers will be asked to submit their CPD evidence. It is important to keep an on-going record of CPD, so it is worth checking that your record is up to date.
