With the rapid expansion of AHP placements, it is important that there are good quality learning environments to support the workforce expansion.
To explore the potential to include simulation and TECS placements in higher education, Health Education England is hosting a webinar next Tuesday (7 July) titled Rapid Expansion of AHP placements: Simulation and Technology Enabled Care Services (TECS)
The webinar will:
• Define simulated and TECS placements
• Explain and share the opportunities and resources already in place to support simulation
• Provide the regulatory and professional body position
• Showcase examples from around the country, many of which are easily applicable to different professions and areas.
It will take place on 7 July from 9am to noon with speakers including Beverly Harden, AHP lead at HEE, Brendan Edmonds from the Health and Care Professions Council and the TEL team.
