The deadline to bid for an organisational review of the Council of Allied Health Professions Research (CAHPR) has been extended.
After raising the profile of AHP research for over five years, the CAHPR is looking ahead to ensure there is optimal support for AHP capacity and capability.
Review outcomes include:
- A refreshed CAHPR mission, objectives and purpose.
- A reviewed structure and governance which enables CAHPR to support national, regional and local activity.
- Recommendations for AHPs to demonstrate how they meet the research pillar of advanced clinical practice framework.
- Recommendations as to how CAHPR can enable and support increased visibility of AHP research and its benefits to patient care and service delivery.
Bids up to £20,000 are invited and must be submitted by 5pm on 20 August.
The timescale for the review is between September/October this year and May 2021.
