SCoR members are invited to hear the latest on the life of X-ray discoverer Wilhelm Roentgen in a virtual lecture organised by the British Society for the History of Radiology.
The society’s 2021 annual lecture will be given by Uwe Busch, director of the Deutches Rontgen Museum, at 7pm on 8 February next year.
The lecture will offer information on Roentgen’s family history in the Bergisches Land, as well as new insights into his extensive image and document archive housed at the musuem.
The aim of the BSHR is to stimulate interest in the history of radiology and artefacts, for the benefit of the members and the public.
Admission to the lecture is free and you can register by emailing Dr Arpan K Bannerjee by 1 February at [email protected].
