The October edition of Synergy is now accessible for members of the Society of Radiographers, with new content available through the digital portal.

The publication also hears from the SoR’s membership services manager Joel Wilkins on how the donation register impacted his life.

Synergy sat down with Keeley Rigby, researcher and senior lecturer at Sheffield Hallam University, to hear about the successes behind her College of Radiographers-funded project to understand the impact of the end of radiotherapy treatment bell on patients and Therapeutic Radiographers.

And we also find out about the launch of the SoR’s breast imaging Special Interest Group, and its efforts to connect radiographers working in breast imaging to help keep up standards, provide support and improve the delivery of breast imaging services.

Synergy, now published in an online magazine format, is available to all members of SoR and features the professional lives of radiographers from across the UK.
