The Royal Brompton Hospital are delighted to present a bespoke two-day intensive training programme designed to equip radiographers with a comprehensive understanding of the theoretical and practical principles of Cardiac CT acquisition. This long-running course is delivered by a faculty of highly experienced specialists and is specifically tailored for candidates with limited or no prior experience in Cardiac CT imaging.
Programme Structure
Participants will benefit from an expertly curated curriculum, featuring:
Small-group seminars fostering in-depth discussion and interactive learning.
Practical hands-on training sessions/live scanning introducing Cardiac CT image acquisition.
Upon completion, attendees will have gained essential knowledge and have a fundamental understanding of the technical aspects required to perform Cardiac CT imaging and to implement a Cardiac CT service.
Registration
The registration fee of £700 includes full access to all lectures, seminars, and practical sessions, as well as a complimentary copy of the Oxford Specialist Handbook in Cardiology: Cardiovascular Computed Tomography. A light breakfast and lunch will be provided on both days.
