Join this virtual session to enhance your mentorship skills. You'll learn how to establish an effective mentorship program and explore various mentoring models that can be used to support and guide others in their academic journey. This session is designed to help you develop as a mentor and empower you to make a meaningful impact through mentoring.

This session is part of ongoing work that has been commissioned by the Society of Radiographers with funding from the Workforce Training and Education Directorate NHS England.

Please note, this event is open to SoR members only. The session is designed for radiography academics and so the content will not be relevant / suitable for those working in education in a clinical setting. Limited places available.
